Hello! I’m Georgina and I’m glad you found your way here.  People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons.  Whether you are looking to heal from past hurts, find ways to manage a life transition, or learn new communication tools, therapy can help you progress towards a better quality of life. 

Making positive changes in your life is easier when you have a good fit with your therapist. My style is non-judgmental, warm, and sometimes playful. As appropriate, I incorporate elements of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based modalities into our work together.

I provide inclusive services to individuals of all backgrounds and work to be aware of my own privileges and biases. I consider the fight against bigotry and prejudice of any kind to be a vital part of my social work practice.
